Architectural |
| |
This committee is responsible for ensuring all homes, lots and landscaping
in Bloomingdale Trails remain in compliance with the community's Declaration
of Covenants. They accomplish this through careful evaluation of all submitted
requests for structural or aesthetic changes to homes, lots or landscaping.
Approval of a requested change is awarded based on established community
standards. They also work in conjunction with the Board of Directors to
determine the aesthetic standards for the community. |

Special Activities |
| |
This committee is, in large part, what differentiates Bloomingdale Trails
from many other communities. They plan activities intended to bring neighbors
together for the purpose of having some fun (usually involving food!) and
getting to know each other. Their innovative programs enable residents to
get involved and become a part of the Bloomingdale Trails family. |
