New Parking/Towing Signs

Four new no parking/towing enforced signs will be installed at the front entrance. This area will be no parking anytime. This will be effective beginning July 1, 2020 and more information will be provided in an upcoming newsletter.
Respect Private Property

Reminder: Please be respectful of private property- do not trespass into property that is not association common property or allow your pets to poop in neighbors yards. We appreciate your cooperation in these matters.

Phase I Water Shortage

The Southwest Florida Water Management District's Governing Board voted on 4/28/2020 to declare a Phase I Water Shortage for the District’s central and southern regions, which includes Hillsborough County. Please visit this link for more information.
Water Conservation Reminders

Annual Gate Code Change

The annual gate code change will be effective Monday, March 2, 2020. Information regarding the gate code change was mailed to homeowners on 2/14/2020.
Download the "tip411" App

You can download the tip411 app to your smartphone or tablet to report crime tips to HCSO. You can find the app through the Apple App store or Google Play. Just type in "HCSOSHERIFF'' (no space). tip411 is simple yet effective. All you have to do is press "New Tip.'' You can also include a photograph or video by touching the camera icon at the bottom. All tips transmit instantly to the HCSO Communications Center where the information is directed to the appropriate area (patrol, narcotics, warrants, etc.). HCSO monitors tip411 24-hours a day, seven days a week. All tips are anonymous.
Helpful Links for Community Issues

Hillsborough County and HCSO have resources to help residents deal with issues that are not covered by your HOA and property management team. Some examples include civil nuisances (such as noise or inadequate pet maintenance), criminal matters, trespassing, traffic matters, parking of vehicles on county-owned roads, etc., which must be addressed with the appropriate county agencies. Click here to learn more about these helpful resources.

Community Yard Sale
Saturday, June 20th
Our next community yard sale will be held Saturday, June 20. All residents are welcome to participate in this community-wide event. 
HOA Board Meeting
Thursday, July 9th
The HOA board meeting is tentatively scheduled for Thursday, July 9, 2020, at 6:30 pm at the Bloomingdale Regional Library at 1906 Bloomingdale Ave. in Valrico.  The Board will be discussing cleaning and maintenance concerns for the community wall at the meeting and is requesting homeowners attend to provide input. 
NOTE: This date is tentative due to the stay in place order. Once the Hillsborough County order has been lifted and the libraries reopened, the confirmed meeting date will be announced.
