Community Updates from July 9 Meeting
Posted on Jul 10th, 2020
  • The Board has narrowed down a vendor for the Community Wall Project.  As a result, the Board will require access to TRACT A which runs along Bloomingdale Avenue. Homeowners affected will be notified by postcard that access is required.
The date for this required access will be July 25th, beginning at 9AM until complete. The surveying will begin at the lot nearest the entrance gate then move left until complete. During this time we ask all pets be housed inside and gates be unlocked to allow access. Homeowners are welcome to be present during the survey. This is to review what will be required to be completed prior to the start of the Community Wall Project. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
  • The Board has approved a Parking/Towing Rules and Regulations Policy. Once recorded with the Clerk of Courts, all homeowners will be mailed a copy. A date of effect will be announced in the mailing with an update to the message board and a copy of the recording posted to the website.

New Parking/Towing Signs UPDATED
Posted on Jun 9th, 2020
Four new "No Parking" signs will soon be installed in the area immediately inside the community gates. It is very important that this area stay clear because emergency vehicles will NOT go any further into our neighborhood if they do not have a clear path. An ambulance or fire truck will not smash through any vehicles parked in its way, as proven by a recent emergency vehicle attempting to enter Bloomingdale Trails. Because of the seriousness of this situation, the Board will review and adopt a parking/ towing policy at the next BOD meeting. All homeowners will be mailed a copy of the approved policy and date enforcement will begin.
