New Management Company Search

McNeil Management has notified the BOD they will not be renewing our contract on January 1, 2021.
A Management Company Review Committee was established in October to vet multiple companies to see if another company could provide Bloomingdale Trails services which are better aligned with our needs.
The committee has been working hard on finding replacement candidates which they presented six companies on a Webex Monday night. Four entries were eliminated and moved to further vet two top companies for consideration. The final committee meeting has been tentatively set for Tuesday, November 16th, 6:30pm. More details to follow.
Keep Clear of Area at Entrance

PLEASE KEEP CLEAR of the area taped off near the pedestrian exit gate for your own safety. Multiple vendors have been contacted to assess the situation and hopefully more information will be available for Monday’s meeting. The gate will be locked in the open position as a precautionary measure.
Community Wall Project Memo

A memo was mailed to the affected homeowners along TRACT A regarding the community wall project. The vendors have not being given a start date for the commencement of the wall project, which will be determined during the September 14th Board virtual meeting. All homeowners are welcomed and encouraged to attend this virtual meeting.
Additionally, all homeowners and residents have received a memo in regards to the new towing policy, along with a copy of the recorded rules and regulations for parking and towing.
Community Wall and No Parking - Updates

The no parking and towing policy will be enforced beginning September 1, 2020. Homeowners received a mailed copy of the recorded towing policy document and this memo with the community wall project updates as well as information on the towing policy. Respect Private Property

Reminder: Please be respectful of private property- do not trespass into property that is not association common property or allow your pets to poop in neighbors yards. We appreciate your cooperation in these matters.

Annual Gate Code Change

The annual gate code change will be effective Monday, March 2, 2020. Information regarding the gate code change was mailed to homeowners on 2/14/2020.

You can download the tip411 app to your smartphone or tablet to report crime tips to HCSO. You can find the app through the Apple App store or Google Play. Just type in "HCSOSHERIFF'' (no space). tip411 is simple yet effective. All you have to do is press "New Tip.'' You can also include a photograph or video by touching the camera icon at the bottom. All tips transmit instantly to the HCSO Communications Center where the information is directed to the appropriate area (patrol, narcotics, warrants, etc.). HCSO monitors tip411 24-hours a day, seven days a week. All tips are anonymous.
