Annual Meeting - Expanding the Board
Posted on Nov 30th, 2020
An open letter to the Bloomingdale Trails Homeowners Association Members
The Association is rapidly approaching its annual Membership meeting, which will take place early January 2021. One of the objects of the annual meeting is voting for the new Board of Directors (BOD) and the size of the board. Our by-laws state that the board shall be either three or five persons. New Management Company Search
Posted on Nov 10th, 2020
McNeil Management has notified the BOD they will not be renewing our contract on January 1, 2021.
A Management Company Review Committee was established in October to vet multiple companies to see if another company could provide Bloomingdale Trails services which are better aligned with our needs.
The committee has been working hard on finding replacement candidates which they presented six companies on a Webex Monday night. Four entries were eliminated and moved to further vet two top companies for consideration. The final committee meeting has been tentatively set for Tuesday, November 16th, 6:30pm. More details to follow.

Hillsborough County and HCSO have resources to help residents deal with issues that are not covered by your HOA and property management team. Some examples include civil nuisances (such as noise or inadequate pet maintenance), criminal matters, trespassing, traffic matters, parking of vehicles on county-owned roads, etc., which must be addressed with the appropriate county agencies. Click here to learn more about these helpful resources.
