Annual Meeting |
| |
The annual membership meeting is held on the 2nd Thursday in January at 7:00pm at the Providence West Community Center, located at 5417 Providence Road in Brandon. Each Bloomingdale Trails homeowner will be sent a notice of annual meeting at least 15 days prior to the meeting via regular mail. A meeting agenda and proxy will be enclosed with the meeting notice. In order for the Association to conduct business, a quorum of 30% (29 Lots) must be available at the meeting in person or by proxy. An election of directors is conducted at each annual membership meeting. |
