Bloomingdale Trails Property Management
   
  The Board of Directors has contracted with a professional management company to handle the day-to-day operation of the community and its facilities. Bloomingdale Trails has been managed since it was first incorporated. The current company, in place since December 2002, is McNeil Management Services, Inc.
   
  The Property Manager serving our community is Pamela Pinner, LCAM (Licensed Community Association Manager). Our management team provides services such as:
 
  • maintain control of gate schedules, remotes, directory of names, etc.
  • interact with lot owners and Architectural Control Committee to enable approval process
  • prepare and send out the annual homeowner's assessment notices & payment coupons
  • prepare and send out the annual membership meeting packages
  • pay Association bills and maintain accurate financial records of Association business
  • monitor resident properties for compliance with the Residential Guidelines and send out violation notices as required
  • monitor common areas and coordinate with vendors under contract with the Association
  • interface with title companies, realtors, attorneys, accountants, etc. regarding HOA
  • many other duties specified by contract and under the control and supervision of the Board of Directors
